No. Direct installers are Full Native AOT builds with the matching Windows App Runtime bundled — they install offline and never ask you to download .NET 10 separately.
Every installer ships with a matching .sha256 checksum file; installers are currently unsigned, so verifying the hash before installing is recommended.
