How does Organize Desktop work?

Organize Desktop handles what has already piled up: preview first, confirm, then execute.

1. Open "Organize Desktop" and review the categories on the preview card.
2. Select what to organize; optionally include the shared Public Desktop (administrator approval may be requested).
3. Run the organization; interrupted operations can be resumed or recovered at the next startup.

Moving Public Desktop files may require administrator approval; if you cancel, completed work on your personal desktop is kept.
